If you are using OptimizeMember it’s possible to create a custom list of countries and order the list for you own specific country.
Inside OptimizeMember go to
General Options > Registration/Profile Field Options > Click Add New.
Select ‘Drop Down‘ as the menu type add the description and country code.
Next paste in the following country code list where you see Option Configuration File as shown here:
You can edit the country list order as you please.
