You can find the IPN Setting under Profile and Settings >> Selling Tools >> Getting Paid and Managing my risk >> Instant Payment Notifications then hit the “update” link from there.
For the PDT/Auto Return Integration, kindly go to Profile and Settings >> Selling Tools >> Selling Online >> Website Preferences then hit the “Update” link and set-up from there.
