Missing Settings on General Options of the OptimizeMember Panel

If the General Options under OptimizeMember is not showing all panel settings, please make sure that you have license and activated either the OptimizePress plugin or theme on your site. OptimizeMember is dependent on the either the plugin or theme version of OptimizePress.
