Undefined Error on LiveEditor Page Elements

If you are experiencing elements not loading properly when editing your OptimizePress LiveEditor pages, or receive an “undefined” error, this is usually because you are editing your site on a 3G or mobile connection.

The reason for this is that most 3G connections unfortunately compress data for transfer on the web – and because of this is unfortunately the connection is stopping some of the settings from saving when you save them on your website.

Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about this from our side – it’s simply because of how 3G connections throttle and compress certain web data.

You would need to access your site through a normal broadband connection in order to resolve this – this should fully resolve the issue – you may just need to reinsert the elements once you are on your DSL connection
