This issue is not actually an OptimizePress issue, but an issue with your hosting or webspace. It is normally caused by a lack of webspace or bandwidth allocated to your site. We firstly recommend you contact your hosting provider or check your hosting settings to ensure there is sufficient bandwidth allocated to your new site.
If this doesn’t fix the problem, you may have a corrupted wordpress installation and may need to reinstall WordPress – this error will not just stop you installing wordpress but will stop you updating WordPress or adding any other themes, so it’s important to get it resolved.
