OptimizePress logins are sent to the email address you provided to us at signup. Please check your junk and spam folders, and also any other filter folders or Gmail “Promotions” folder if you’re using the Google Mail Service.
You should look for an email with subject: “IMPORTANT: Please confirm your email”.
We send this email first and require you to click the link in the email to confirm your email address before we can send your logins.
Once you confirm your email address, you’ll be send an email with “Your OptimizePress Product Information” in the subject line.
If you still don’t see your account information email, please click here to send us an email – please include any information you have received including any invoice numbers so we can track down your order.
