If you do not see a static page setting on the Settings > Reading page inside WordPress:
This is only caused by you not having any pages published inside WordPress/OptimizePress. To fix this, go to Pages and find a page that you want to use and ensure it is published. Once the page is published it will show in the list on the Settings > Reading page
