One of the core functions of OptimizePress is providing an easy way to create landing pages or squeeze pages which capture the names and emails (and potentially other information) from your visitors so you can start building a list of subscribers who you can market to further via email to turn them into customers.
Once someone completes one of your opt-in forms on your landing page, you need to add that visitors information to your chosen autoresponder system. OptimizePress provides a range of methods for doing this which are explained in this guide:
Who do we integrate with
We currently have integrations with most of the main autoresponder or email service provider solutions on the market. Our API level integrations include:
- AWeber
- Infusionsoft
- Office Autopilot / Ontraport
- iContact
- Mailchimp
- GetResponse
- 1ShoppingCart
- Campaign Monitor
- ActiveCampaign
- E-goi
- Maropost
- Emma
Integrating with Other Providers not Listed Above
We also integrate with most other providers that are able to provide a HTML web form using our “Custom Form Integration Method” – see this tutorial
Adding Buyers to a list using OptimizeMember
If you are using our OptimizeMember membership solution for protecting your membership content and courses, you may want to add buyers of your products and courses to a specific list within your email service provider.
This can be done for most providers that we provide an API integration with except 1ShoppingCart which is not currently available as a membership autoresponder integration
To integrate with your provider, first integrate the provider in the main OptimizePress > Dashboard Settings > Email Marketing Services section to connect your provider.
Now when you go to OptimizeMember > General Options > Define Mailing List / Autoresponder Configurations you can select the relevant provider and list you wish to add buyers to for that level to your email service provider account.
Infusionsoft
Please note that Infusionsoft users will need to create a follow up sequence inside Infusionsoft as our system cannot pull individual web forms for integration with OptimizeMember as Infusionsoft does not let us post remotely to those forms using a backend function, only when a user manually subscribes (through an opt-in form) can we send information to web forms. Follow up sequences are a legacy feature so contact infusionsoft if you do not see them listed inside your account.
