UPDATE: OptimizePress version 2.5.9 and higher now have full compatibility with Yoast SEO plugin
If you are using the Yoast SEO plugin and it is not showing keyword data or SEO focus keyword data for your pages please read this article for clarification
Firstly, the Yoast SEO plugin will work with OptimizePress. If you are using Yoast we recommend switching off our own SEO options within the OptimizePress > Dashboard > General Settings section.
When you create pages with our LiveEditor system, the Yoast SEO plugin will not be able to scan your pages for H1, H2 and other tag information for keyword analysis. This is because in order to offer the flexible layout system, OptimizePress stores your data in an encoded array (technical speak for a method which means it\’s secure and less likely to become corrupted).
This does not mean that your pages are not SEO friendly – they should rank just as well as your normal WordPress pages (if not better) it just means that Yoast can\’t read the page as Yoast tries to read the page in WordPress rather than the PUBLISHED page which is what the search engines read.
If you run your published page through any external keyword scanners you will see the results are as with any other page.
