If you are finding that one of your elements on a LiveEditor created page is disappearing when your page is resized to mobile or tablet size:
This issue could be caused by one of our on-page element advanced options being switched to hide the element on mobile.
To check this, click the gear or cog icon when hovering over the element which is disappearing to load the advanced element options:
Check inside the Advanced element options to ensure that the “hide element on mobile phones” option is NOT ticked if you do not want this item to be hidden on mobile.
If you DO want to hide the element on mobile or tablet devices or device screen sizes, you can tick the options here.
