Account Creation & Update Issue (14th December 2017)

We are currently aware of an issue affecting newly created OptimizePress accounts, or any account updates (including upgrades, renewals and Club purchases)

This issue means that updates may not be applied correctly, and new accounts may show no license keys or downloads

This issue is due to a current bug with the CRM system we are using (Infusionsoft) - they are working to find a fix and we hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Recommended Actions

If you have just purchased OptimizePress:

Please contact our support team by emailing support@optimizepress.com - include the email address you used to purchase your account and add the subject line "Account Creation Issue".  Our team will manually setup your account as soon as possible once we receive your email

If you have just purchased a license renewal:

Please contact our support team by emailing support@optimizepress.com
- include your OptimizePress account email address and password
- include the email address you purchased with (if different from above)
- include the subject line "Account Update Issue"

We will endeavour to push through any updates manually as soon as possible


For any other similar issues:

Please contact our support team by emailing support@optimizepress.com
- include your optimizepress account email address and password
- include the item you have just purchased
- include a short description of your issue


Our team are working to deal with these issues as soon as we receive them and we hope to have all of our systems fully operational again very soon. Please be aware this issue is in no way related to our use of OptimizePress - it is 100% due to external factors
